I had left Reims early in the morning and had a little following wind and was making good time when I reached Conde-sur-Marne just a little after noon. I stopped for lunch which I rarely do, usually making lunch "on the fly" (float?), but it was such nice place and the mooring was easy, right on the canal, I took the time to make the stop. I made a quick lunch of 2 spam sandwiches, picked up some fresh water and continued on, turning left onto the next canal in the direction of Chalons-en-Champagne.
